The beauty of the Stony Run and neighboring Parks is enhanced and protected through countless hours of volunteer boots on the ground, gloved hands plucking, picking, snipping, shoveling, planting and watering.

We organize several events each year to bring volunteers together in action. Our largest annual event is part of a major mobilization throughout the region each Spring, the Alliance for the Chesapeake’s annual Project Clean Stream. We also host several Baltimore Weed Warrior events each year, as well as tree and native perennial plantings and maintenance.
